36/2014 - Information on the acquisition of own bonds by the Issuer

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that on 18 December 2014, the Company acquired own bonds for the purpose of their redemption pursuant to Article 25 sec. 1 of the Act of 29 June 1995 on bonds (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 120, item 1300, as amended).

17,914 (seventeen thousand nine hundred fourteen) E-series bearer bonds of nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand Polish zlotys) each were acquired, ISIN code: PLTRKPL00089.

The average unit price reported for the acquisition of the above-mentioned bonds, including the interest, was PLN 1069.90 per each acquired bond.

The bonds were acquired in order to reduce debts.

The Company shall inform about the bond redemption in an appropriate current report.

Legal basis for the report:

Sec. 5 point 6 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
