83/2011 - Information on redemption of bonds of the Issuer

The Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A., in reference to current report no. 80/2011, hereby informs that today it was informed that on 29 December 2011 the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. adopted a resolution relating to the redemption by the Company:

– according to the procedure set out in Article 25, paragraph 1 of the Act on bonds of 29 June 1995 (Journal of Laws No. 83, item 420, as amended), of 244 (two hundred forty-four) A series bearer bonds issued by the Company on the basis of Resolution No. 1 of the Management Board of the Company of 1 February 2011, with nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each, dematerialised in Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., ISIN code: PLTRKPL00048,

 – according to the procedure set out in Article 25, paragraph 1 of the Act on bonds of 29 June 1995 (Journal of Laws No. 83, item 420, as amended), of 135,608 (one hundred thirty-five thousand six hundred and eight) B series bearer bonds issued by the Company on the basis of Resolution No. 2 of the Management Board of the Company of 19 April 2011, with nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each, dematerialised in Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., ISIN code: PLTRKPL00055,

stating that:

– code PLTRKPL00048 is attributed to 148,364 (one hundred forty-eight thousand three hundred and sixty-four) A series bonds of the Company,

– code PLTRKPL00055 is attributed to 13,000 (thirteen thousand) B series bonds of the Company.
