48/2009 - Information on the conclusion of contracts

The Management Board of Trakcja Polska S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 17 November 2009 the Company concluded Subcontract Agreement (“Agreement”) of a net value of PLN 9.413.983,20 with Przedsiębiorstwo Napraw i Utrzymania Infrastruktury Kolejowej w Krakowie sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Krakow (the “Contractor”):

Subject of the Agreement:

According to the Agreement, the Company shall provide the specialist professional works specified in the Agreement to the Contractor.

Payment terms:

The fee shall be paid against invoices issued by the Company, to its bank account specified in the invoices.

The invoice payment date shall be the date on which the Supplier’s account is credited.

Legal grounds:Article 56(1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539, as amended).
