45/2009 - Notice of transactions on Trakcja Polska S.A.?s securities

Pursuant to Article 160(4) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws No. 183, item 1538) the Management Board of Trakcja Polska S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby announces that, on 30 October 2009, it received a notice from Mr Dariusz Mańkowski, who holds the post of Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board, that on 28 October 2009, Mr Dariusz Mańkowski made package sales transactions of 200.000 shares he held in the Issuer, at a price 3,84 zł per share.
