67/2011 - Information about becoming aware about withdrawal of a lawsuit against the Company

The Management Board of Trakcja - Tiltra S.A. (the “Company”) in relation to the current report no 15/2011 dated 23 February 2011 and the current report No. 22/2011 dated 6 April 2011, announces that it became aware that a shareholder of the Company Jacek Jurek on 7 September 2011 applied to the District Court in Warsaw for withdrawal of a lawsuit (about which the Company has already informed in the above reports) including renunciation of claims, regarding proceedings for repealing resolutions of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholdersof 19 January 2011 and requested to discontinue the proceedings. 

Legal basis of the report announcement: Section 38  paragraph 1 item 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
