3/2020 - Extraordinary General Meeting – Significant shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 14 January 2020

The Management Board of PRKiI S.A. in Warsaw (”Company”) presents in Appendix 1 to this report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14 January 2020 in Warsaw.
