83/2019 - Announcement of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. [National Depository of Securities] on the registration of rights to the Company’s B series shares

In connection with the Current Report No. 64/2019 of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (”Company”) of 25 October 2019, the Management Board of the Company hereby informs that on 6 November 2019 it was notified about the announcement of the Operations Department of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (”KDPW”) no. ONP/2019/119 of 5 November 2019, according to which based on the decision (statement) of KDPW of 25 October 2019 no. 892/2019, KDPW shall register 10,279,909 (say: ten million two hundred and seventy nine thousand nine hundred and nine) rights to ordinary B series bearer shares designated with the code ISIN PLTRKPL00097 on 6 November 2019.
