82/2019 - Defining the last day of listing the rights to B series shares; admitting and introducing ordinary B series bearer shares to trading

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A based in Warsaw (”Company”) hereby informs that on 12 December 2019 it was notified that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (”GPW”) adopted resolution no. 1254/2019 of 11 December 2019 on defining the last day of listing the rights to the Company’s ordinary B series bearer shares on the GPW Main Market (”Rights to B Series Shares”). The Management Board of GPW decided that 13 December 2019 shall be the last day of listing 10,279,909 (ten million two hundred and seventy nine thousand nine hundred and nine) Rights to B Series Shares, marked by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (”KDPW”) with the code: PLTRKPL00097.

Simultaneously, the Company’s Management Board hereby informs that on 12 December 2019 it was informed that the Management Board of GPW adopted resolution 1255/2019 of 11 December 2019 on admitting and trading the Company’s ordinary B series bearer shares (”B Series Shares”) on the GPW main market, in which the Management Board of GPW: (i) admitted 10,279,909 (ten million two hundred and seventy nine thousand nine hundred and nine) B Series Shares with the nominal value of PLN 0.80 (eighty groszy) each to trading on the main market, and (ii) decided to introduce B Series Shares to trading on the main market as of 16 December 2019 on the condition of registration by KDPW of B Series Shares with the designation “PLTRKPL00014” on 16 December 2019. The resolution of the Management Board of GPW became effective on the date of adoption.
