62/2019 - Notification pursuant to art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (The ‘Company’) informs that the Company today received a notification pursuant to art. 19 paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6/WE of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE and 2004/72/WE ("’MAR Regulations’) submitted by Comsa S.A.U. as a person closely associated with Fernando Perea Samarra, Miquel Llevat Vallespinosa and Jorge Miarnau Montserrat (members of the Company's Supervisory Board). The content of the notification received by the Company constitutes an attachment to this report.
