60/2019 - Information on the conclusion of the contract

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (‘Company’, ‘Issuer’) informs that today the Company as a Consortium Leader composed of:

- Trakcja PRKiI Spółka Akcyjna – Consortium Leader

- SCHWEERBAU GmbH & Co. KG Bauunternehmen – Consortium Partner

- „SBM” Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa – Consortium Partner

signed with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the ‘Employer’), a contract for the execution of construction works:

"Reconstruction of track systems together with accompanying infrastructure on the E59 railway section, Choszczno-Stargard section as part of the project »Works on the E59 railway line, section Poznań Główny - Szczecin Dąbie«’ (‘Agreement’).

The total net value of the Agreement (together with the so-called conditional amount) is PLN 398,337,137.77. For its implementation, the Company will receive a remuneration of 50% of its total value, i.e. PLN 199,168,568.89 net. The contract provides for an advance payment of 10% of the approved contractual amount, which will be paid within 21 days from the date of submission of the application for advance payment. The works being the subject of the Agreement are to be completed by 30/11/2020. The other terms of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreement.

The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish this information because the value of the Agreement constitutes a significant share in the portfolio of orders implemented by the Issuer on the railway market and also constitutes a significant share in the value of contracts signed so far by the Company in 2019, whose total net value is currently close to PLN 1 billion (excluding the part attributable to consortium members).
