Grupa Trakcja has for years performed residential projects in the Mazowsze region. PRK 7 Nieruchomości is a specialized entity within Grupa Trakcja with experience in construction of buildings as a general contractor and a developer.

In the last 5 years, the company completed the following developments:

•  the Lazurowe development in Warsaw,
• the Oliwska development in Warsaw,
• construction of row houses in Łomianki.

Since March 2015, the company has been offering apartments in two developments in Warsaw.
