Development of investment areas in the vicinity of Białystok
Over 10 million net is the worth of the works that Trakcja PRKiI S.A. will perform for the Municipality of Łapy.
The aim of the project is to create favourable conditions for the establishment and development of production business activities through the comprehensive preparation of the land for investments in Łapy. The task was divided into two stages.
The first stage assumes the completion of development of 4 investment plots in the western part of the area along with the construction of an access road. The works will be completed by the end of October 2018. The next stage will consist in the completion of all other works, i.e. construction of internal roads and pavements, construction of the sanitary network, electrical works and construction of the lighting system and a service duct. The second phase completion date was set to the end of May 2019.
