Road Contract in Chełmno Area
Trakcja PRKiI has signed a contract of the net value of 68.12 million PLN for the reconstruction of a 30 km section of the Stolno - Wąbrzeźno voivodeship road in the Chełmno area. The contract involves the widening of the carriageway including shoulders, pavement renovation and the reconstruction of exit roads and bus bays.
The contract will result in the construction of seven roundabout junctions, as well as pavements and pedestrian/bicycle routes along the entire road section. New street lighting will also be built, along with a meteorological road station in Stolno and an electronic information board.
The works are to be finalized in mid-June 2019.
The project will serve to improve access to the "Lisewo" junction of the A1 motorway, which cuts across the Stolno - Wąbrzeźno road.
