3/2018 - Submitting resignation from the function of the President of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby informs that today the Company received from Mr Jarosław Tomaszewski a statement of resignation from the function of the President of the Management Board of the Company and the Member of the Management Board of the Company with the effect for the day June 30^th, 2018.

According to the content of the submitted resignation, the reason for its submitting is the impossibility to agree with the Supervisory Board of the Company regarding the terms of remuneration in the part concerning remuneration for individual goals for the year 2018, to be realized by Mr Jarosław Tomaszewski as the President of the Management Board of the Company.

Legal grounds:

§ 5 paragraph 1, point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
